FFV Licensing Program
The new apparel and ball licenses will come into effect from 1 December 2009 and will conclude on 30 November 2010, and are applicable for both metropolitan and country leagues in Victoria from under 8’s through to senior level competition.
For more information on purchasing balls or apparel from the listed ball and apparel licensees, please contact any of the retailers that stock FFV licensed apparel retailers.
Apparel Licensing
The eight licensed apparel manufacturers for the 2010 licensing period are:

These manufacturers have the licence to produce playing apparel (players and goalkeepers’ shirts, shorts and socks) with the FFV brand for use in FFV competitions from 1 December 2009 to 30 November 2010.
FFV would like to advise that while clubs are no longer obligated to replace uniforms from suppliers who are no longer FFV licensees after 12 months, the purchase of all new apparel must be done through a current licensee.
Clubs not abiding by this regulation will be subject to fines imposed by the FFV per breach (please refer to League Rules and Regulations for more information).
Match Ball Licensing
The five licensed ball manufacturers for the 2010-2011 licensing period are:

These five ball manufacturers have the license to produce match balls for use in FFV competitions from 1 December 2009 to 30 November 2011.
Clubs competing under FFV jurisdication must use a match quality soccer ball from one of the licensed ball manufacturers during all FFV sanctioned competition.
Clubs not abiding by this regulation will be subject to fines imposed by the FFV per breach (please refer to League Rules and Regulations for more information).
Please note: This licensing agreement does not include the use of training balls.
